close() was called on the handle.
{ kind: "client-closed" }
The owning client was closed.
{ failure: StreamFailure; kind: "stream-failed" }
The stream failed and reconnection is disabled, so it will not be re-opened. Other work owned by the handle (for example streamJobs' sidecar poll) keeps running until close() is called.
