process applications in the v1 API (SaaS, Self-Managed 8.10+); absent on older versions.
Note: on those versions, creating a file or folder at the root of a project through the v1 API
stores it in an automatically created "catch-all" process application named
<project name> - General. It appears in this list, and a project cannot be deleted while
it contains any process application.
